This project includes the removal and replacement of the vinyl underpinning with fiber cement board underpinning at the gulf county welcome center located at 150 captain fred’s place in port st. Joe, fl. The scope of work includes the following: a. Removal and disposal of existing vinyl underpinning to include encapsulated beams b. Notifying onsite management once existing vinyl underpinning is removed so a thorough inspection of the site can be conducted to note any necessary repairs to the structure c. Installation of fiber cement board underpinning in a manner in which to deter pest/rodent entry d. All fasteners to be stainless steel e. Painting and finishing the new underpinning to match existing structure f. Cleanup and disposal of all debris 3. All bidders are encouraged to visit the project site.
