The N. Sunlake Boulevard Median Opening project is located east of Suncoast Parkway, west of Land O’ Lakes Boulevard, and south of State Road 52, in Pasco County, Florida. Phase I construction of this project (2 NB outside lanes and utilities) for Segments 1, 2 and 3 has been completed. From the SR 52 intersection to south of the Agrihood entrance, Sunlake Blvd is a 6-lane divided urban typical section (Phase III). A directional median opening which allows northbound Sunlake Blvd. traffic to turn left into the Agrihood Driveway is the existing condition. This project modifies the existing directional median opening to a full median opening at this location to serve the Agrihood, a new future school and access to a development on the east side of Sunlake Blvd. Bonds required.
