Notice is hereby given that the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority (the “Authority”) is inviting Expanded Letters of Interest (“ELOIs”) from design-build firms (“Proposers”) to render design build services to the Authority for the South Selmon Capacity Project (the “Project”) as further described below and in the Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The Project will be implemented through a design-build delivery method, and the scope of work for this Project includes the furnishing of all investigations, design services, permitting, coordination, construction activities, materials, equipment, machinery, labor, and the necessary final approved construction documents to complete this Project in accordance with the requirements stated in design-build contract. Bonds required.
