Cost Estimating 5. Public Presentations 6. Construction Drawings (CAD) 7. Construction Specifications 8. Contract Documents 9. Permitting 10. Drafting Bids, Bidding and Negotiation Services 11. Product and Material Procurement 12. Evaluation 13. Testing and Inspection 14. Construction Observation/Inspection 15. Inspection and Administration 16. As-Built Drawings (CAD) 17. Warranty Inspections and Maintenance 18. Hydrological Modeling The selected firm(s) will be responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all relative local, state and federal codes and regulations. Anticipated Projects: 1. Drafting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Meter Box Replacement meeting current standards and specific District needs. 2. Drafting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Meter Replacement. 3. Providing Construction Engineering Inspection Services for Meter Box Replacement and Meter Replacement Project.
