Pressure washing may include buildings (all vertical and horizontal surfaces up to and including any roof overhangs) roofs of one (1), two (2) and three (3) story buildings, sidewalks to include benches, canopies, pavilions, bleachers, exterior sports surfaces (i.e. basketball courts, tennis courts), portable classrooms (exterior sides and rooftops), sandblasting, and removal of graffiti may also be requested on an emergency / as needed basis. Unit prices shall be inclusive for any and all equipment and labor needed for pressure washing including but not limited to ladders, hi-lifts, truck, hoses and chemicals. There is no minimum square footage for any pressure cleaning at a District facility. Pressure cleaning must be performed after normal operating hours, identified as Monday through Friday, after normal operating hours. Work shall not interfere with any operational hours of the District’s schools/departments. Work can be done at any time during the summer or when school is not in session and no students or staff are on campus. Prevailing wages.
