The City of Fort Myers seeks a Vendor for the turnkey operation to demolish and removal of an existing, damaged maintenance shelter attached to an existing masonry structure, and new construction of a ±4,000 ft² replacement Metal (prefabricated) Building System complying with AISC 360, "Specification for Structural Steel Buildings," and with AISI's "North American Specification for the Design of Cold-Formed Steel Structural Members" for design requirements and allowable stresses. The project will be located at the Fort Myers Public Works Department, 4200 Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd, Fort Myers FL, 33916. Bonds required.
