The District is seeking quotes from vendors to perform specified and comprehensive on-call pipe and catch basin cleaning services using a Vactor Truck. These quotes will be used to create a 3-year service provider agreement with individual providers, with optional annual renewal, to allow the District to have an on-call list of preferred vendors to perform these cleaning services in the event of an emergent necessity at the agreed upon pricing. The quotes provided should be for an hourly rate, with the company’s preferred minimum hours required. It will cover the cost of the deployment of a crew; pumps and all required pipe plugs to clean pipes and catch basins; pipeline video inspections; stormwater drain and inlet cleaning and sediment disposal. Round-trip travel charges apply unless the Vactor truck is stationed with GSCDD during emergency and/or standard service calls. Staging of Vactor truck on GSCDD property must be approved by the District prior to stationing the truck for work. A District Representative will provide, with a written notice, the specified pipes and catch basins to be cleaned. Inclusion of a short summary of the amount and types of debris/material collected (in yards) and which areas (streets) were serviced is to be included in all invoices.
