The scope of services for this project includes performing Construction Management and related services associated with the RSW Consolidated Maintenance Facility. The maintenance facility for the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) was constructed in 1999. The building was designed and permitted to accommodate a future 5,194 SF expansion. The construction of the maintenance building expansion was completed in the summer of 2020. Due to continued activity and growth, the Authority conducted a programming and siting study to identify a new preferred location for a Consolidated Maintenance Facility at the Southwest Florida International Airport.
