The Market District Roadway, Stormwater, and Park Improvements project includes three distinct elements. These elements include the Maclay Boulevard and Maclay Commerce Drive Roadway Improvements project (Roadway), the Market District Stormwater Improvements - Phase III East Pond project (Stormwater), and the Market District Park project (Park). The Roadway project generally consists of the reconstruction of Maclay Boulevard from Maclay Commerce Drive to Mosswood Chase and Maclay Commerce Boulevard from Martin Hurst Road to Financial Plaza. The Stormwater project generally consists of the reconfiguration of an existing pond, landscape and hardscape improvements, and a pedestrian bridge over the pond. The Park project generally consists of a 2.4-acre elliptical lawn, linear promenade, children’s playground and wet play area, restroom, event plaza, four pickleball courts, and a cycling path.
