In compliance with Section 287.055 Florida Statutes, known as the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Leon County, Florida (“County”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified Florida Registered Professional Engineering firms to conduct (per the attached Scope of Services) a review and analysis of current business practices, assess the existing condition of selected roadways within the public right-of-way, provide a Pavement Management Software (PMS) solution, provide training on the PMS solution to County staff, and conduct a multi-year analysis to guide decisions made in developing a program master plan.
