The construction project is for an EMS facility located in Bristol, Florida. The facility will include meeting rooms, a breakroom/kitchen, restrooms, offices, bunk spaces, living quarters, truck bays and a storage space. The project scope includes, but is not limited to: Site work, Cast-in-place concrete, CMU, Interior framing, Insulation, Interior flooring, Metal Siding, EIFS, Cementitious Siding, Awnings, Metal Roofing, Storefront Doors/Windows, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Joint sealants, Painting and Pre-Engineered Building Systems. All project elements will be bid as a single comprehensive package. Bonds required.
