This project generally consists of a new interior build out of an existing shell space for the Marion County Judicial Center 4th Floor. The Interior build out shall consist of a new courtroom, grand jury room and various conference rooms and office spaces. Complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing will be utilized in this space. All proposals must be on the provided form and include the complete cost of all labor, materials, shipping, tax, equipment, and customary inclusions, to provide the full scope of the trade and a complete project.
