The Proposer shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, services, and all other necessary incidentals required to complete the work outlined in this section on all twelve (12) Town owned parks and facilities. Scope of work that includes but is not limited to the maintenance of sports fields both natural turf and artificial synthetic turf; maintenance of parks landscaping and irrigation; litter, trash and recyclables collection receptacle maintenance throughout the parks; litter maintenance parks facilities such as pavilions, sand volleyball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playgrounds, batting cages including L Screens, Netting and Cage Surfacing; and parks operations of gates and restroom buildings opening/closure. Bonds required.
