The Greater Miami Expressway Agency(GMX), is requesting individual sealed Proposals in response to this Request for Qualifications from qualified firms with the necessary qualifications, expertise and resources to provide Miscellaneous Materials, Engineering, and Testing Services. The Services include providing support to the Agency in performing Miscellaneous Materials, Engineering and Testing Services including but not limited to field and laboratory verification sampling, testing and reporting services of construction materials. This includes the asphalt plant verification testing, asphalt plant independent verification inspections, concrete plant inspections, and prestress/precast yard inspections in connection with the GMX Five Year Work Program along the GMX System and as further described in the Exhibit A, Scope of Services (the “Services”) incorporated herein and attached hereto. SBE goal 10%. Bonds required.
