For the Amelia Earhart Park Location: The Contractor shall provide ADA improvements to park administration building and six (6) restrooms at Amelia Park. The scope of work includes but it is not limited to providing one ADA accessible stall in each restroom, removal, repair and/or replacement of asphalt and concrete pavement, removal, replacement and/or relocation of plumbing and bathroom accessories, repair and modification of existing millwork, and other miscellaneous improvements. For the Crandon Park Location: The Contractor shall provide ADA improvements to park administration building and eight (8) restrooms at Crandon Park. The scope of work includes but it is not limited to providing one ADA accessible stall in each restroom, removal, repair and/or replacement of asphalt and concrete pavement, removal, replacement and/or relocation of plumbing and bathroom accessories, repair and modification of existing millwork, and other miscellaneous improvements. Bonds required.
