Adding isolation valves at each level horizontal branch water line at riser P1. The project also includes the demolition, patch, repair, and painting of any areas needed to gain access to these pipes. The replacement of horizontal plumbing for three (3) private restrooms, 18th floor cafeteria, and 24th floor lounge is also included. The extent of the project is as described below and identified in the construction documents. Bonds required.
