The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB)is to establish a contract with preapproved vendors to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to replace and/or repair Energy Management Systems (EMS)/ Building Automation Systems (BAS) components at Miami-Dade County Public School facilities. Projects and/or service calls may include any combination of service, repair, replace, install and update of all types of Energy Management software and equipment. In addition to the Energy Management Control Services, corporate call center support services are needed to optimize, adjust temperatures and schedules, diagnose HVAC and EMS/BAS System troubles and dispatch appropriate local resources to make repairs at District locations.
