To provide design-build services for upgrading the existing natural grass playfield at St. Agnes to artificial turf, which is utilized by the Village for recreational purposes. This design-build project involves the installation of artificial turf at the St. Agnes playfield. The CONTRACTOR shall provide all necessary design, labor, supervision, supplies, tools, permits, materials, equipment, and any other required incidentals to complete the service as outlined in Section 2. All work must be carried out in full accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Bonds required.
