The purpose of this ITB is to award a contractor to provide the fabrication, furnishing, and installation of the Interior Branding and Wayfinding Signage package for the Emergency Department Expansion and Renovation. This includes the coordination, design, and development of shop drawings for Jackson Health Systems (owner) or entity that acts on behalf of the owner. All work shall conform to 2023 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ACCESIBILITY 8TH EDITION. The bidder should include a breakdown with all costs and incidental items related to the complete scope, as well as include any and all items that are necessary for a complete installation. Scope also includes provisions for contractor to submit proposals for additional interior signage as needed at various JHS locations.
