The project consists of the deployment of thirty-seven (37) approximately 18,000-20,000lb hollow concrete utility poles, and eight (8) approximately 2,400lb solid concrete utility poles to three (3) specified locations offshore in federal waters of the Gulf of Mexico at approximately 43-45 feet deep. This represents an estimated maximum total weight of 380 tons of secondary use concrete.
