The School Board of Monroe County, Florida (“School Board”) is soliciting professional services from qualified firms to complete renovations and upgrades to the existing Coral Shores High School Baseball Field located at Founders Park, 87000 Overseas Highway, Islamorada Florida (the "Project). The selected Respondent will serve as a Program Management Entity for the Project and shall be responsible for successful completion of all planning, design and construction services required to complete the work described in this solicitation in compliance with the directives of MCSD. Bonds required.
