The City wishes for City Hall to have two (2) floors. The first floor will be approximately one thousand three hundred and seventy-seven (1,377) total square feet and shall have lobby, reception area, and elevator leading to the second floor. Additionally, the first floor will have four (4) offices, a conference room, a second reception, vestibule, and an elevator machine room. The second floor will be approximately one thousand five hundred and fifty (1,550) square feet and shall have a lobby, meeting room, restrooms, secure storage, and various other facilities. The building shall provide a covered walkway and entry.
