The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department), Florida Forest Service (FFS) seeks to obtain competitive bids for the removal of old boardwalks and installation of new boardwalks within Cary State Forest located in Bryceville, Florida, according to the technical specifications set forth herein. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) and all activities leading toward the anticipated issuance of a Construction Project Agreement between Owner and Contractor are conducted pursuant and subject to Chapters 255, and 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and Rule 60D-5, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).
