The City of Destin will receive sealed competitive proposals for the restoration of Clement Taylor Park. The existing park is located on a 3.39-acre parcel in the City of Destin at 131 Calhoun Ave., as outlined in the project design plans, demolition shall include, but may not be limited to, the existing bathroom, playground, various walkways, and existing parking lot, improvements shall include, but may not be limited to, a new pavilion, gazebo, bathroom, playground, parking and sidewalk improvements, necessary ADA walkways/ramps, potable and sanitary sewer service lines, board for board replacement of portions of the pier, and final site grading and stabilization.
