The Project Scope of Work is to renovate the existing restrooms for Buildings #1,3,5,6,7 & 9 per ATTACHMENT 2, ITB-F 2025-03 VC W Campus Restroom Reno_Bid Docs (7.22.24) located on Valencia College’s West Campus at 1800 S. Kirkman Rd. Orlando, FL 32811. Interior renovations will include but not limited to: New Partition Walls, Interior Finishes, Plumbing Fixtures, HVACDuctwork, Lightning, and Electrical Data to provide Restrooms that are ADA accessible and code complaint. No exterior is included in Scope. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and services as necessary to complete project per plans and specifications.
