The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and services necessary to maintain, adjust, and repair vertical transportation systems at Valencia College campuses, as specified in Table 2 (“Locations”). All work must comply with the equipment manufacturers' minimum requirements, as well as all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. This contract covers full maintenance, adjustment, and repair services. However, the contractor is not limited to the services listed herein. The contractor must perform any additional work required to ensure the safe, reliable, and trouble-free operation of the equipment, in accordance with the Florida Elevator Safety Code (Chapter 61C-5) and any published addendums. Bonds required.
