The Orlando Housing Authority is seeking bids from a contractor to provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, permits, inspections, and associated fees to remove approximately 4700 lf 6ft, black vinyl-coated security fence, posts, rails, and gates to be replaced with approximately 4700 lf of 6 ft, 3- rail, decorative steel fencing with 1’ pickets; located at the Griffin Park area located at 520 Callahan Drive Orlando Florida 32805. 1. Remove approximately 4700 LF of chain link fence, rails, and posts. 2. Fence mesh to be rolled up and stored at the designated location on site. 3. Fence posts are to be stacked at the designated location on site. 4. Decorative fence to be of steel construction with 2” rails and 1” pickets. 5. Installation to be in accordance with all municipal codes and industry practices. 6. Provide manufacturer’s product warranty and contractor/vendor one-year installation warranty. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
