Tohopekaliga Water Authority (“Toho”), an independent special district established pursuant to Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, by special act of the Florida Legislature, hereby issues this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) from qualified construction firms with the experience to construct a reuse water main installation project (the “Project”) all-inclusive of the following: A. The construction of approximately 4,050 lineal feet of 20” PVC (C900/DR-18) reuse water main; 230 lineal feet of 20” DI (Class 350) reuse water main; 16 lineal feet of 12” PVC (C900/DR-18) reuse water main; 230 lineal feet of 36” steel jack and bore casing; 12” wet tap connection to existing reuse water main; asphalt roadway open cut and repair with final mill and resurfacing; concrete driveway open cut and repair; concrete curb removal and replacement; concrete sidewalk removal and replacement; isolation valves; tree removal (and optional replacement); and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 5, Osceola County, Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), and South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) applicable permits and the usual appurtenances. Bonds required.
