Construction of well site civil and wellhead mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation improvements and repairs for five (5) Floridan Aquifer drinking water supply wells RO-2, RO-3, RO-5, RO-7 and RO-13 located in the Town of Jupiter water service area including but not limited to demolition of existing wellheads, concrete pipe supports, concrete slabs, piping, instrumentation, electrical wiring and conduit, and well site fencing as noted in the Bid Documents; demolition of a portion of existing well casing and replacement with stainless steel well casing (Wells RO-2, RO-3 and RO-13); protection of existing facilities not marked for demolition; stabilization of sub-grade and site grading improvements at Well RO-5; furnish and installation of stainless steel liner repair at Well RO-3; furnish and installation of two (2) new vertical turbine well pump and motor (Wells RO-5 and RO-13), 316 stainless steel support tables and wellheads, concrete foundations and slabs, 316 stainless steel discharge piping, 316 stainless steel valves and fittings, HDPE pipe and fittings, concrete pipe supports, flow meters, pressure transmitters and gauges, air release valves and other instrumentation, electrical conduit and wiring; complete well disinfection, flushing, bacteriological analysis, start-up testing; site work improvements including new fencing (Wells RO-5, RO-7 and RO-13), site restoration at all wells, and all other work required to provide complete and operational wells as described by the Bid Documents.
