The Riviera Beach Utility Special District (USD) is inviting Contractors to respond to a fixed (one-time) contract to provide C-17 Canal and M Canal Force Main Crossing Replacement services for the district. Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Construction Invitation to Bid (CITB). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, personnel, tools, supervision, transportation, machinery and other incidentals necessary to perform the work requested herein and typical of these types of projects. Prices offered on the Bid Cost Proposal (Bid Sheet) Form are all inclusive and shall constitute complete compensation.
