Soliciting bids from responsible and experienced contractors to perform construction and maintenance services including concrete sidewalk, curbing, driveway aprons and associated restoration work for the City’s Public Works Department on as needed basis. The successful bidder/s shall be awarded a contract for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of two (2) one (1) year renewals; dependent on annual appropriation of the funds by the City Commission and mutual agreement by the both parties. Unit prices shall remain the same for the initial term. Bonds required.
