There is no set deadline for applications to be submitted. Interested construction contractors may apply at any time by submitting a New Application. Applications can be downloaded from the District's website at: https://www.palmbeachschools.org/Page/1920 After application approval by the School Board, the vendor's Prequalification status is valid for one (1) year. In order to maintain the Prequalified status, current Prequalified vendors should submit a Renewal Application no less than 90 days prior to their current expiration date.
