The ARCHITECT and Consultants shall provide all professional design services necessary to deliver the permitted design and contract documents within the established GMP Construction Budget. . The design shall be per the established Design Schedule and the suggested master plan (see attached master plan prepared by others) for the proposed: 1) 25+ acre transportation facilities campus which will house the +/-28,500 SF operations facility for the school bus fleet maintenance services, supported by a surface parking lot for 300 buses. 2) +/- 22,500 SF administrative headquarters to house the offices, dispatch, meeting, and training rooms, amongst other uses, supported by a staff surface parking lot for 375 vehicles. 3) +/- 10,000 SF fueling islands. 4) Bus washing amenities. 5) Charging stations for electric buses.
