Cement Slab Preparation: 1) Grubbing and Hauling: Haul away mulch and planting materials from the designated generator installation area. 2) Dirt Hauling: Transport and haul in 10 yards of dirt to level the site. 3) Concrete Pad: Form and pour a 14' x 16' concrete pad to support the generator, ensuring proper leveling and support for the generator unit. 4) Retaining Wall: Form and pour a 33 linear feet, 2' tall retaining wall to support the pad and prevent soil movement. 5) Concrete Footer: Form and pour a 10" x 16" footer for additional structural support. o Concrete Windows: Form and pour two concrete windows for generator power connections, ensuring proper access for wiring and cooling. Fence Installation: 1) Installation of a black, 6-foot tall perimeter fence around the entire boundary of the generator lot. 2) Fence panels must be securely fastened and structurally sound to ensure safety and compliance with applicable standards. Pedestrian Egress/Ingress Point: 1) Provision of one pedestrian access point (gate) within the perimeter fence, to allow controlled entry and exit. 2) The gate shall be equipped with a secure locking mechanism to prevent unauthorized access while allowing for easy use by authorized personnel.
