The Improvements under this Contract consist of SR 594 (Interstate 175) from 16th Street S to 4th Street S and involves concrete pavement rehabilitation of mainline travel lanes and ramps, and to provide milling and resurfacing on existing asphalt paved shoulders. In addition, lighting will be upgraded by replacing high pressure luminaires with LED fixtures meeting current standards, replacing existing traffic monitoring site loops, upgrading guide sign panels to meet current standards, and replacing pavement markings in Pinellas County.
