Street Sweeping of all City Streets and Parking lots once per month. Sweeping of all City streets and parking lots 1-time per month. Available for Special Events/Emergency Sweeping upon request. All commercial street fronts and parking lots should be cleaned between the hours of after 10:00 pm and 7:00 AM Monday through Friday. Residential Streets should be swept between the hours of 8:00 AM and -5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Vendor must provide metered water for dust control and dispose of all debris. No work shall take place on Sundays or on official City holidays without prior approval by the City Manager or designee at least 1 week prior to the scheduled work. A list of current official City holidays can be found on the City’s Human Resources website at http://www.stpetebeach.org/hr/holidays.html. Contractor will coordinate scheduling of work with the City’s Project Manager and City’s Inspector. The work will be completed and ready for final inspection within three (3) years from contract execution. With the option to renew for two (2) additional 1-year periods.
