The intent and purpose of this specification document is to provide As-Needed Electric Contractor Services to repair, install and maintain medium (above 1001 & below 15,000 volts) and low (below 1000 volts) voltage equipment, as described in IEEE 100-1992 including but not limited to overhead and underground electric distribution lines and related line equipment including tree trimming. It also includes installation, startup, repair and replacement of transformers, switchgear, automatic transfer switches, panelboards, branch circuits, lighting, motors, Variable Frequency Drives, and motor starters and providing other as-needed electrical work at plants and facilities owned by Tampa Bay Water, A Regional Water Supply Authority with buildings and water treatment facilities located in Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough County, Florida. Bonds required.
