The scope of this project includes all activity involved in correcting the deficiencies reported in the 2024 Field Service Report (Exhibit I). The City requires photos of each component at the start and upon completion of work (before and after photos). City staff must have the opportunity to do a visual inspection of work performed before the unit is placed back into service. Corrective activity includes, but may not be limited to: • Removal and disposal of all replaced components • Purchase and installation of new components • Equipment rental (if necessary) & operation of equipment • Clean up of site to quality found upon arrival • Labor This is the same packet that was advertised. By policy, the City must allow additional advertising time when only one submission is received.
