The City of St. Petersburg, Florida (“City”) is seeking the services of qualified Architectural/Engineering (“A/E”) firms to provide engineering design services for various projects, located in the City. Projects included in the Continuing Services Contract for Design of Florida Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) Local Agency Program (“LAP”) Projects may be funded by the City of St. Petersburg, by the FDOT, by other agencies or by a combination of funding sources. All projects within this RFQ shall be designed and constructed in conformance with the funding agency’s requirements, i.e. FDOT and/or Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Projects funded by FDOT are contingent upon legislative appropriation in funding year and are subject to change.
