Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary for providing as-needed industrial maintenance services. The services will be for municipal water/wastewater treatment and pumping facilities maintenance activities. The Contractor’s staff could be used to supplement City staff or independently in turnkey job requirements. The Contractor shall provide supplemental or turnkey maintenance services typical of industrial/municipal plant maintenance activities including but not limited to the following: Services include the repair, rebuilding, or replacement of mechanical or electromechanical equipment commonly found in municipal utility facilities. This equipment may include, but is not limited to, aeration systems, filtration systems, bar screens, digesters, blowers, catwalk bridges, clarifier drives and assemblies, conveyors, gearboxes, gravity belt thickeners, process piping, pumps, and various other miscellaneous components essential to facility operations. Fabrication and welding services for both field and shop. Cooperative work with City staff in shutting down, cleaning, repairing and placing back in-service processes and tanks. Millwright services that encompass a range of tasks, including the installation of equipment and machinery according to blueprints, drawings, and schematics; dismantling, moving, and rigging machinery; and removing, rebuilding, and reinstalling equipment.
