The work generally consists of the following: The replacement of the 12” existing water main along Virginia Street from the intersection of Lake Haven Road to the intersection of Keene Road. The water main will replace approximately 2,010 LF with PVC and CERTA-LOK PVC. Replacements will also consist of new connections to existing side street water mains on Peggy Ray Drive, Aberdeen Oaks Dr., and Treemont Way, grout filling existing pipelines, sodding, sidewalk repairs, mill and resurfacing, and pavement full-depth road restoration. Additionally, the project involves the installation of an 8” water main stub out and fire hydrant assembly at Knollwood Drive. Bonds required.
