The services of a qualified and experienced tree trimming contractor to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials and supplies to supplement the city's urban forestry program by pruning and removing trees and palms within the rights-of-way of the city's streets, alleyways, parks and other designated areas as specified by the city. The tree pruning/removal services included in this contract may also be performed in close proximity to energized power lines of the city's transmission and distribution system. Properly trained and equipped for pruning or removing trees from hydraulic lift (bucket) truck. Each crew should consist of one (1) crew leader and two (2) grounds men. Personnel shall be qualified in proper traffic control procedures. The bid submitted and the purchase order, if issued, shall be in complete accordance with, without limitation, this invitation to bid, City of Lakeland specifications, all codes, regulations, specifications and requirements referenced therein.
