The awarded Contractor shall be capable and experienced to provide but not limited to: all required purchases, installation labor, engineering, permits, installation materials, tools, transportation, handling, supervision, and related services to successfully execute and complete the Scope of Work identified within this RFP document. All work shall be coordinated with a designated City employee during installation. Pool Specifications *As Built Attached Pool Volume: 179,835 gallons Pool Size: Area 4,909 SQ. FT. - Perimeter 337 FT. Bathing Load: 134 Key features include 60 mil PVC pool liner, white. Black racing lanes and targets for a 6-lane pool. Pool steps to be designated by black trim on the front of the steps and must be durable for heavy traffic. Bonds required.
