The City of Lakeland, Public Works Department Facilities Maintenance Division, maintains a variety of facilities used in services for the public within its established service area. The scope of work consists of, but not limited to, the furnishing of labor, tools, equipment, materials, services, supervision, and procurement of required permits for various types of roofing work, including, but not limited to, construction, repairs, and installation of built-ups, modified, single-ply, multi-ply, shingle, standing seam metal, and asphalt roofs. It is the meaning and intent of this Continuing Contract Document that the Roofing Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing services required to install, erect, and place in complete satisfactory of these roofing systems.
