The services of a qualified and experienced land maintenance contractor to provide all required tools, equipment, fuels, materials, transportation, labor and supervision, for the maintenance of all vegetation within each designated site, and the proper disposal, and/or recycling of debris created. The successful contractor shall repair or restore all structures, property or fixture(s) that may be damaged or disturbed during performance of work. The bids submitted and the purchase order, if awarded, shall be in complete accordance with, without limitation, this invitation to bid, the attached city specification, all codes, requirements and regulations referenced therein.
