The purpose of this RFQ is to select an engineering consultant that can utilize existing information provided by the City and/or other sources, review submittals for conformance to accepted standards, monitor and document construction progress and conformance to final engineered design, audit pay applications and ensure contractor’s adherence to ARPA and State Revolving Fund funding requirements along with rules established by any other future funding sources the City secures (i.e. grants, etc.).
