The City of Palatka is seeking proposals for a qualified and licensed contractor to provide services to design and install a new roofing system on the City of Palatka Fire Station Building located at 100 N. 11th Street, Palatka, FL 32177. The City of Palatka is requesting that tapered polyisocyanurate insulation and cover board that is mechanically fastened with a minimum of 60 mil, single ply TPO roofing membrane system, OR an equivalent 2 ply torch down SBS mod bit roofing system with a minimum base sheet thickness of 80 mils and a minimum cap sheet thickness of 160 mils. Any necessary details, permitting, inspections, materials, and equipment rentals should be included and described in detail for this proposal. Bonds required.
