Santa Rosa County (SRC) proposes the first phase of an approximately 22.00-acre sports complex located on Pensacola State College South Santa Rosa County campus property with an easement specifically granted to the SRC for constructing a soccer complex. The property is located on the south side of US 98, just north of Woodlawn Middle School and just west of Woodlawn Heights subdivision. This early works package consists of the preliminary site preparation and stockpile of fill material needed for the future development of the sports complex. Several wetlands are located on the perimeter of the site and must be taken into consideration for ample protection during all phases of construction.
