Base Bid will include 25’ long steel tiebacks; Alt 1 will replace line item (7) 25’ long steel tiebacks with line item (7a) 30’ long stainless steel tiebacks. Notice to Proceed is anticipated for September 1, 2024, in order to avoid bird nesting season. Bonds required.
