The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from Contractors to provide landscape maintenance services for the Tourist Development Office (TDO). These landscaping services include grass cutting, weeding, trimming, pruning of trees and shrubs; ground cover and flower bed plantings and maintenance; trash, debris, and leaf removal from grassed and landscaped areas; insect, disease, and weed control; fertilization and tree, shrub and flower transplanting or installation. The successful contractor shall supply and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, fuels, and supervision, and bear all items of expense, necessary to perform landscaping services for the TDO. The Scope of Services will include year-round maintenance of significant landscaping which is a major component of the face of tourism within Santa Rosa County and on Navarre Beach.
